Terms of Use
The rules for using the Collabfy website, the plan builder and the creator and clipper application.
Effective 4 November 2026
Who we are
Collabfy is run by Collabfy Labs LLP, a limited liability partnership registered in India, with its registered office at Vasant Kunj, Delhi, India. “Collabfy”, “we” and “us” include any Collabfy company that runs part of the service for you, such as a Collabfy company in the United Arab Emirates. If you sign a proposal or campaign agreement, the Collabfy company named in it is the one you contract with.
Agreeing to these terms
By using the site, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you use Collabfy for a business, you confirm that you can accept these terms for it. If you don’t agree, don’t use the site.
If you’re under 18, or under the age of majority where you live, a parent or guardian must agree to these terms for you.
What Collabfy offers
Collabfy plans and runs influencer marketing and clipping campaigns for brands. On the site, brands can build a campaign plan, book a call and contact us, and creators, UGC creators and clippers can apply to join our community. Using the site is free.
Plans and estimates
Plans are recommendations generated from your answers. Estimates of reach, views, creator numbers and budgets are ranges based on typical results and our assumptions. They are not quotes, offers or promises of results.
Prices, deliverables, usage rights and payment terms are agreed in a written proposal or agreement. If that document differs from anything on the site, the document applies.
Campaign results
Campaign results depend on things outside our control, including platform algorithms, audiences and timing. Unless a campaign agreement says otherwise, we don’t guarantee any number of views, followers, sales or other results.
Creator and clipper applications
Applying is free. Invitations are at our discretion, and we don’t have to give reasons. An invitation doesn’t guarantee paid work.
You must give true information and apply only with accounts you own or manage. If you’re under 18, a parent or guardian must approve your application.
When you work on a campaign, you do so as an independent creator or contractor, not as our employee, under that campaign’s agreement. It covers the deliverables, payment, usage rights and how you disclose the partnership in your posts.
Using the site responsibly
When you use the site, don’t:
- break the law or anyone else’s rights
- give false information or pretend to be someone else
- upload malware, attack, overload or scrape the site, or try to get around its security
- use the site to send spam or to collect other people’s personal data
- copy the site’s design, content or plan logic to build a competing service
What you send us
You keep ownership of what you send us, such as answers, messages, links and work samples. You give us permission to use it to provide the service, for example to build your plan, review your application or show your work to a brand on a shortlist. Only send what you have the right to share.
Our content and brand
The site, its design, text and graphics, the plan logic and the Collabfy name and logo belong to Collabfy or our licensors. You can view pages and share your plan for your own purposes. Any other use, such as copying, selling or republishing them, needs our written permission.
Other services
The site links to and uses services run by others, such as our call-booking tool, Google Meet, WhatsApp and Instagram. Their own terms and privacy policies apply when you use them, and we aren’t responsible for them.
Changes and availability
We may change, pause or stop any part of the site. We work to keep it running, but we don’t promise that it will always be available or free of errors.
Disclaimer
The site is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we exclude all implied warranties, such as fitness for a particular purpose. Nothing on the site is legal, financial or tax advice.
Limits on our liability
To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue, data or goodwill, arising from your use of the site. Our total liability to you for anything to do with the site is limited to INR 5,000, or the same amount in your currency.
Campaign agreements set their own limits. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law doesn’t allow us to limit, such as liability for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
Your responsibility
If you break these terms and that leads to a claim against us, you’re responsible for the resulting losses and reasonable costs, to the extent the law allows.
Ending your use
You can stop using the site at any time. We may suspend or block access for anyone who breaks these terms or misuses the site.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the country where the Collabfy company you deal with is registered: India for Collabfy Labs LLP, and the United Arab Emirates for a Collabfy company there. The courts where that company is registered decide disputes; for Collabfy Labs LLP, the courts at Delhi.
Before going to court, we both try to settle a dispute in good faith within 30 days of written notice. If you’re a consumer, you keep the protection of the laws where you live, and you can bring a claim in your local courts where those laws allow it.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms, and the date at the top shows the current version. Changes apply from that date. If you keep using the site after that, the updated terms apply.
General
If a court finds part of these terms invalid, the rest still applies. If we don’t enforce a right straight away, we can still enforce it later. We may transfer these terms to another Collabfy company or to a buyer of our business. These terms, with the Privacy Policy and any agreement you sign with us, are the whole agreement about your use of the site.
